During my recent trip to Vietnam, I stayed at TIA Wellness Resort in Da Nang.
TIA Wellness Resort

TIA Wellness Resort
Located on a beautiful beachfront, this resort features elegant villas with private pools. It offers a wonderfully comfortable space where the sophisticated design typical of an international hotel harmonizes with Vietnam's natural surroundings.

This trip was not just for sightseeing; it also served as a professional development training opportunity for our work at the beauty salon.

In hair design, it's crucial to constantly refine your sensibilities and embrace new perspectives. The "beauty of branding" and the "thoughtful touches that truly relax guests" we experienced at TIA also prompted us to rethink our own salon design and service approach.

Tia's greatest appeal lies in its design, where the stay itself connects to well-being.
It includes sessions to regulate breathing, programs to move the body, and meals focused on detoxification,
elevating the spa experience from "mere relaxation" to "a time to reflect on life." The time spent here allowed us to face ourselves, leaving us with a sense of lightness in both mind and body.

What's particularly noteworthy is that an 80-minute spa treatment is included daily with your stay.
It was truly luxurious to savor such an exquisite spa experience daily, thoroughly unwinding both mind and body.
You can also participate in yoga and meditation classes. Moving your body while feeling the sea breeze offers a special kind of refreshment you can't get in everyday life.
With experiences designed to "heal," "balance," and "elevate," the term "wellness resort" fits perfectly.
Just as you get your hair done at a salon, I felt this was a place that cared for your entire mind and body.
Just as getting your hair done can refresh your mood, a stay at Tear is also a place to step away from daily life, reset yourself, and take a new step forward.
As a hairstylist and as a person, it was a deeply enriching experience.

For anyone considering a trip to Da Nang, Vietnam, this is a resort I highly recommend.
