Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy About Cancellations Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after that may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment date: 20% of the treatment fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment date: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. No-show cancellations: 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. Late Arrivals If you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten the treatment or, in some cases, ask you to reschedule. About Appointment Changes Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, just like cancellations. Please note that changes made after that may affect the treatment time and content. Special Circumstances If you have unavoidable circumstances such as sudden circumstances or illness, please feel free to contact us. We will try to accommodate as flexibly as possible. Regarding your next reservation: If you continue to have no-show or last-minute cancellations, we may need to discuss your next reservation with you.
